We brewed this double-dry hopped IPA with our friends from Baron Brewing, featuring Columbus and Chinook, a couple of punchy modern American classics that don’t get all the attention they deserve. The Columbus brings a bold, dank aroma, with pineapple and citrus flavours from the Chinook backed up by the tropical juice of Idaho 7, all combining for a soft body and pithy grapefruit finish
