What do you do when you find a small glut of one of your favourite varietals hiding in the back of the cold store? You load a beer up with that badboy is what you do! Fuzz Generator is a beer with an express focus on creating all those sweet shop favourites we loved as we were growing up. Lead by a 30kg addition of El Dorado, weÕve brought those huge jelly tot flavour notes right to the front of this beer in abundance. We werenÕt content to leave things just at that, so a gentler addition of Loral brings bright, punchy lemon drops to the party, before a final addition of Idaho 7 bringes orange sherbert to round this sweet shop fiesta off. With just a whisper of pithy bitterness and herbal complexity running through the background to keep everything in check and held back from falling into a sugar rush, weÕd say this is mission accomplished.
