Much like Spur, Patternist, Rosa et al, we’ve revisited again here with the express intent of bringing all that flavour intensity down to a sessionable strength, this baby version of an in-house favourite is tasting absolutely incredible. Bringing the big hitters to the table with a metric tonne of Citra, Columbus and Simcoe in the dry hop, this beer is all about the sticky, juicy hops. Expect a swag bag full of dank and tropical hop notes – think tangerine, ripe passionfruit, and mango complimented by a mellow piney bitterness running throughout. An awesome riff on a Polly’s classic.
