Wanting to shine a light on what they felt was a severely underrated varietal, we really dig how the almost noble hop characteristics of zesty lemon and lime when used in the whirlpool work off the full and unadulterated stone fruit explosion of tropical notes when used in the dry hop. A night and day hop depending on which side of the brewing process it’s used, and a combination that brings together everything we love about modern brewing with an old school twist, this is a beer perfect for sinking after making people’s beery dreams come true!
