Inspired by a pina colada and a continuation of our cocktail series – we’ve used 240g/L of the freshest pineapple we could find alongside one of our favourite ingredients – coconut, with no need for a spoon or straw this time! This is a punchy sour, more acidic than usual for us at a pH of 2.90. It all blends perfectly together, great for enjoying the last bits of summer!
