We brewed this intensely hopped Pale Ale with our friends from Polly’s to celebrate the Government’s new found love of 3.4% ABV and our shared pursuit of impactful session beer. Though we dropped the ABV, we increased the hopping rate to triple our usual amount for this style, with the combo of Strata, Talus and NZ Cascade bringing a kaleidoscope of tropical flavour.
