This Double IPA is the first one we have brewed with our new ‘Verdant’ yeast strain. Citra and Mosaic combine to the tune of 30g p/l to churn out HUGE grapefruit and pineapple notes. The beer is exceptional. Jim, our head brewer, is super proud of it and we’re really excited to get it out into trade. The beer features AJ, brewer and coffee fiend tackling the brews from his front room.
