Lost and Grounded Lasso My Heart - 6.2%

We seem to be going through a period of nostalgia, and everyone seems to think yesterday was better than today. We will make new memories from the adventures ahead but are also drawn back again and again to the West Coast styles. Like a lassos infinite spinning circle that reaches out to capture a moment in time, we draw it back like a big old hug! This classic West Coast-style IPA used a base of Pils, Munich, and Caramalt to give a deep gold colour, then hit with Magnum for a clean bitterness, followed up with Challenger, Citra, Chinook and El Dorado. Resinous, piney, citrusy, and nostalgic – this is the real McCoy! American-style Pales and IPAs were the first beers to have us fall in love with brewing, taking us on a journey through flavour country.
