As well as coming together to create the recipe for this massive IPA, we used Cloudwater’s house yeast and their hand-selected Simcoe for an all-round epic collaboration. We teamed up their Simcoe with Talus, a new hop for both breweries, and dry-hopped at 24g/L to bring intense waves of hoppy goodness.
