We have carefully selected each barrel to ensure that its character was just right to match the toasted coconut that we later added.
With an intense black color and beige head, the beer emanates a remarkable bourbon and wood character accompanied by notes of coconut, vanilla, molasses, syrup and dark chocolate that form a forceful set.
The drink is intense and complex due to the addition of caramelized malts that integrate perfectly with the coconut to obtain a long drink of lasting flavors of cocoa, coconut, sugar cane, fig and a long liquorice aftertaste.
