Two years ago we selected a peculiar lot of Simcoe that wasn’t like all the rest – it stood out for being fruitier and richer. Last year, another lot stood out, and it came as no surprise it was from the same farm! Discovering new farms, unusual lots, and exciting variations on familiar themes is only the start of a journey, that ultimately leads us to smiles on your faces. By upping the hopping rate in this popular beer, we’re hoping to make those smiles stretch even further.
