An ode to our Lead Brewer Joe who has recently left us to join the team at Pastore who are doing amazing things. Upon his departure we just had to put together a beer with all the things he loves the most (there may be some sarcasm in there). Including a label design that resembles a bus seat, a low ABV and bunch of Sabro chucked into the dry hop - famously his favourite hop.
