The Hop Studio felt like a natural extension of this love – showcasing the single most complex, wonderfully diverse ingredient we use in our process bar none. What can we say that hasn’t already been said about Citra? Without a doubt a hop varietal that has intertwined itself through the short history of this brewery, and without which we probably wouldn’t exist today. Endlessly adaptable and malleable since its first release in 1990, where else could we go with a single hop showcase on this beer than a straight up, all out IPA? Big freshly cut citrus notes are abound on this incredible beer, with tropical notes practically dripping to boot.
