Polly's Brew Co DDH Petal - 7.0%

We felt like there was some unfinished business with Petal. A beer that was brewed once, immediately after the original Augment launch back in 2019, but one that we felt was lost under the hype of Patternist, Spur and Rosa. With two extra years of brewing savvy on our shoulders now, we decided to bring back this beer and polish it with a distinctly 2021 sheen. Taking the original dry-hop bill of Citra, Columbus and Ekuanot, but doubling everything in scale, this beer bursts with juicy mango, pineapple and papaya notes, before being reeled back in with some herbal complexity and grassy bitterness to boot. Petal, welcome to 2021.
