Erko is a easygoing pale ale that brings that new school juice to the party, with a hearty serving of old school bitterness to boot. Citra and Amarillo represent the old school here, bringing a swag bag of grassy and pithy bitterness to proceedings, before a hyperload of new school juice takes over with a heavy lashing of Azacca and Vic Secret hitting those mango, pineapple and passionfruit notes. All glued together with a healthy dose of our new favourite yeast strain London Fog for maximum suspension and mouthfeel, this is a pale ale levelled up.
