If we’ve said it once, we’ve said it a thousand times. There’s nothing we love more here at Polly’s HQ than showcasing our talents as a modern day brewery, whilst simultaneously paying homage to the brewers of yesteryear without whom we wouldn’t exist today. Jennasea has one foot in the present whilst also turning back to look at the past; Mosaic representing the juicy, tropical, dank beers of today, and Amarillo representing the old school stalwart hops, bringing those old school piney vibes to the fore. Amplified up to 60kg in the dry-hop, expect clementine, bubblegum and berry notes playing perfectly against floral, citrussy lemon.
