Jennasea has one foot in the present whilst also turning back to look at the past; Mosaic representing the juicy, tropical, dank beers of today, and Amarillo representing the old school stalwart hops, bringing those old school piney vibes to the fore. Amplified up to 60kg in the dry-hop, expect clementine, bubblegum and berry notes playing perfectly against floral, citrussy lemon.
