Polly's Brew Co Kyra - 6.5%

You asked, and we responded – Kyra is back! After a successful run just as the world started going to pot last year, we’ve been inundated with requests to rebrew this beer since. A beer born out of a passion for all things Mediterranean, and the incredible citrus fruits that populate this region of the world, we very carefully looked through our available hops and tried to replicate those same citrus notes through our dry-hop bill. Packed to the nines by using a pyramid hop addition of Galaxy, Vic Secret and Enigma to impart, in our opinion anyway, all those orange, citron, and pomelo flavour characteristics that we love so much; this is a beer that we feel is pure sunshine trapped in a glass, to remind you that those warm, hazy evenings are just on the horizon.
