Utilizing Azacca, Mosaic, El Dorado and Simcoe in our pyramid dry hopping technique, with a ten minute eighty degree whirlpool addition of Vic Secret and El Dorado, all wrapped up in our bespoke, custom designed LA3 yeast strain, this beer shouts for everything modern when it comes to UK brewing.
