Specifically designed to accentuate the crisp and clean refreshment of a West Coast IPA, but with the low bitterness and juicy hop bill of a New England style IPA, we love the melding of the greatest hits of both styles into one supercharged beer somewhere in the middle. With whirlpool additions of Ekuanot and Columbus, and dry-hop additions of Polly’s favourites Citra and Simcoe, as well as a whisper of more Ekuanot and Columbus, this beer has all the juicy notes of a classic Polly’s beer, but with a clean and crisp finish to boot.
