Uncanny Valley is Citra and Simcoe treated to all the tips, tricks and techniques we’ve learned over the last five and a half years as a brewery – our bespoke LA3 yeast strain is working its magic here, holding all that incredible flavour in suspension, meaning all those pineapple, mango, and papaya notes are working full blast. Awesome.
