We’ve done it again! We’ve created another sweet & decadent Crumble Sour. Using our house culture of Lactobacillus & Kviek, we fermented an oat-laden pale sour base, which we then conditioned on a silly amount of Blackberry, Plum & Strawberry. To add the aspect of custard on your crumble we made a generous addition of the highest quality vanilla custard flavour before packaging. Sweet pudding in a can.
