We made a bit of an error with this one. Triple the amount of lime ended up in the finished product – this session sour is one for the acid heads, an incredible pH of 2.74, pushing the acidity further than we ever have before. pH only measures one aspect of the acidity, this beer is still approachable, quaffable and very much sessionable given our usual big bodied mixed fermentation base beer providing the platform for the (copious) amounts of lime and mint to shine
