Another round for the Sour IPA series, this time a total departure for us from our usual processes. We used a new lactic acid producing yeast, giving us the ability for the first time to use hops on the hot side in a sour. We whirlpooled and dryhopped with generous amounts of Vic Secret and Nelson Sauvin hops – giving a distinctive southern hemisphere vibe to this sour IPA
