It's Putty Time!

Following on from last weeks’ gentle start to 2021 we’re cranking up the new stuff this week with 30 fresh beers for you. Some brand new, some fresh favourites, all bangers. Big drops from Verdant and Gipsy Hill, plus lesser amounts of others. Let’s get into it!

We can’t start anywhere else other than Putty. Verdant’s annual homage to New England DIPA’s that always helps to rid those January blues. Some of our favourite IPA’s from 2020 have returned, we’ve got Random Rules, Solid State, Intimately Space Pylons, Pigs All Day and Even Sharks Need Water. They’ve also teamed up with the Bigfoot Festival to make Home from Home IPA with a combination of Citra, Nelson and Galaxy that excites from the get-go. The Pale Ale top ups include Headband, 300 Laps of Your Garden, Lightbulb and the new Citra and Motueka offering, Rustling Substance. And for those who are still in ‘dark mode’ we have Traditional Porter.

Gipsy Hill have also arrived in force this week with 10 beers forming a great selection including DIPA’s, IPA’s, Pales, Lagers and Sours. Head here to see them all!

We’ve 3 each from Double-Barrelled and UnBarred. including Salted Caramel Chocolate Donut that just sounds amazing and Billy Don’t You Run So Fast, a fruited kettle sour that has been brewed to invoke memories of a classic Blackberry and Apple crumble. Who needs a dessert when you’ve got these?!

Finishing up with other freshies from Cloudwater, Polly’s Brew Co, Donzoko (Widely regarded as one of the best UK Lagers) Almasty, Burnt Mill and Brass Castle, all bound to hit the spot.

During January (and possibly longer) we are going to be operating our physical store on a reduced hours basis. This will be for normal shopping, Growler fills and Click & Collect (Our preferred method if you can!). We will also be running our local delivery service on a Thursday. 

Thursday : Local Delivery
Friday : 15.00 - 19.00
Saturday : 11.00 - 19.00

We will of course be operating our National Shipping as per usual throughout.
